The Managed Care Risk Association is committed to complying with all laws, including antitrust laws, and the high standards of professionalism in connection with its meetings and conferences.

The mission of the Managed Care Risk Association is to support the health care excess of loss reinsurance and provider excess markets by facilitating information exchange between reinsurers, underwriters, brokers, and cost containment providers.

The Managed Care Risk Association is dedicated to strictly adhering to the antitrust laws. The Managed Care Risk Association cautions all attendees and speakers that its meetings and conferences are designed solely to advance knowledge of excess of loss and provider excess, and improve the skills of its attendees. Under no circumstance should attendees, and/or presenters take actions that violate antitrust laws. The Managed Care Risk Association meetings and conferences shall not be used as a forum to reach any understanding or agreement about the pricing of products, the uniformity in provisions, and the refusal to deal with certain parties.
